Tastèm Inséma is Domodossola’s major food and wine festival, which has been filling the beautiful Piazza Mercato and the entire Borgo della Cultura with enticing local flavours and aromas since 2014.
In the elegant old town centre of the Ossola capital the star of the evening are the local “0 km” delicacies, the endless food or good local wine tasting, on the backdrop of exciting live music performances.
The entrance fee entitles you to a wine glass and a thick wad of vouchers; all you need to enjoy the delicious specialities offered by the chefs and sommeliers at the festival.
The over 80 farms, wineries, breweries, restaurants, hotels and farmers guide visitors through this “made in Val d’Ossola” tasting experience, presenting them the best quality specialties that this little part of Piedmont has to offer.
This event is organised by the Tastèm Inséma Association in collaboration with Domodossola Town Council; all proceeds go to charity.
